Athenian Council

The Athenian Council is the governing body of the E.O.C.T.O. and as such, determines Church policy and assists its subordinate houses, lodges and temples with their ministry. The various offices of the Athenian Council and their descriptions and contact information are below.

Office of Technology

Deals with questions and concerns regarding website maintenance/development, email service, and general technical questions. This office also assists members with software concerns. The position of Master of Technology is currently held by Rev. Lord Morninghawk Apollo. The Office of Technology can be reached via this email form.

Office of the Kerux

This is the Secretary within the E.O.C.T.O. The Office of the Kerux deals with all clerical workings, financing, new member applications, all Sub- & Outer Order reports. All correspondence documents, fundraising information, and event information should be directed to this office. The Kerykissa for the E.O.C.T.O. is Rev. Lady Bella Sundancer. Office of the Presbeia

Works with all new member contacts for events, gatherings, etc. All liaison activities and contacts shall be directed to this office. This office is under the direction of Lord Moonraven-Iuvantas. The Theoroi, for the Office of the Presbeia, is Soror Draig. The Embassy can be contacted via this email form.

Office of Archiving & Library Services

Deals with all matters of record-keeping, historical information, and the Church Archives. All ritual & treatise submissions shall be directed to this office. The Grammateus is Rev. Lady Bella Sundancer. The Master Librarian is Rev. Lord Morninghawk Apollo. Correspondence to the O.A.L.S. can be directed to this email form.

Office of Prison Ministry

Coordinates and performs ministry to incarcerated persons. The E.O.C.T.O. currently serves inmates in correctional and medical institutions in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Florida. The Office is always open to helping form a connection between institutions needing alternative faith ministers and such ministers. The O.P.M. is led by Revs. Lord Morninghawk Apollo and Lady Bella Sundancer. Correspondence to the O.P.M. can be directed to this email form.
